The Why
Accessibility to theatre and performing arts is at the core of our business, which is built by and for the community. We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to engage in and experience the transformative power of theatre and performing arts. Our mission is to create an inclusive and welcoming educational environment that embraces individuals of all backgrounds, abilities, and ages. By prioritizing accessibility, our goal is to ensure that our productions and drama classes are accessible to everyone, regardless of their socio-economic status or previous experience in the arts. We are committed to fostering a diverse and vibrant community where individuals can express themselves, develop their talents, and discover the joy of theatre.
The Future
By collaborating with the local arts community, we plan to bring more classes to cover all aspects of theatrical productions.Looking forward, our approach to accessible theater revolves around fostering inclusivity and making sure everyone feels welcome. Our vision involves putting on shows with large casts and crews, offering opportunities for many community members to take part. Recognizing that participants often juggle family and work commitments, our aim is to design schedules for classes and rehearsals that can flex around these important priorities. In addition, we're committed to making sure the venues we choose have plenty of seats, so a diverse audience can enjoy the experience. And when it comes to ticket prices, we're dedicated to keeping them affordable, so that everyone has the chance to be a part of the excitement.Stay tuned!
